To track the status of your order online, visit our order guest tracking page or the order history page if you placed an order with an account.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.

I have logged into my account, but I can not see my order. Why?

Orders placed as a guest cannot be tracked in your account. If your account was created after you checked out your order as a guest, you will not be able to view the status of your guest order.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Issues With Your Order

Can i change or cancel the order after i place the order?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be satisfied! You can cancel or change your order for free within 2 hours of purchase.

What should I do if the artwork I received is damaged or not in perfect condition?

If your artwork does not arrive in perfect condition, please email us at with photos of the item and photos of the box it arrived in and we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Due to the variety and scope of what we offer, we do not have a preprint or stock, so each item is printed to order and custom-made. Because we do not hold stock, we cannot accept returns or exchange one piece of art for another. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or replacements unless the product is damaged before it reaches our valued customer.

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.

What should I do if I didn’t receive the image or size I ordered?

If you receive the wrong image or incorrect size, please let us know by emailing us at, with pictures of the artwork you received. We will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified.



Shipping & Delivery

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can still change the address for you. Changing the order details will delay dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

WallWall ships internationally! Shipping prices may vary depending on size and location. The appropriate shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart after you enter the shipping address at checkout.

Customers ordering to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and European Union will be charged applicable taxes and duties as part of the total shipping cost prior to delivery.

* Other international taxes and duties are not included in your order and must be paid prior to delivery. The cost of duties and taxes are determined by your country's customs authority and are not determined or collected by WallWall.

Do you deliver to post office boxes?

We can only deliver to physical addresses.

Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

No, we do not.

I have received my tracking information but there is no movement shown, what should I do?

If it has been more than two days since your order was shipped and the movement is not showing on the shipper's website, or more than 96 hours have passed since the last tracking update, please contact for further assistance.

What should I do if the tracking website says my package was delivered but I never received it?

We are very sorry to hear about this problem!

My canvas has a dent, is it ruined?

Nope! Our canvases are made of fabric, so dents are not the end all be all. To correct a dent, place the painting face down on an ironing board or towel on a table. Use a regular iron on low and iron the dent out from the backside. If this does not help and you would like to remove the dent within 60 days of purchase, please let us know at


Do the colors I see on my monitor exactly match the image I print?

The colors you see on your monitor may be very close to the print. However, due to differences in monitor color calibration, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.

What sizes are available for purchase?

Size, shape, and orientation may vary depending on the print. Unfortunately, we do not offer custom-size options.

Can I customize the images you offer for sale?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change our product images.

Do you have a stock of prints?

All of our artwork is made to order. We do not have an inventory of products.

Can I buy a digital copy of the painting?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer digital copies for sale.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

For security reasons, we do not take orders by phone or email. If you have any problems placing an order on our website, please contact us at and we will help you resolve the issue.

Can I leave the product in my cart and come back later?

Yes! Take your time and we will make sure it stays in your cart. 

Can I split my order and send different items to different addresses?

Unfortunately, only one shipping address per order.

Can I order the artwork in a special size?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizes for our products.

How do I create an order?

Select the image and size you want and click "Add to Cart".

When you have added all the prints you would like to purchase, select "Checkout".

Check your cart to make sure you have selected the correct images and sizes.

If you have a promotional code, enter it in the "Enter Coupon Code" field and select "Apply".

Select the "Checkout " or "Checkout with Paypal" option (if you are paying for your order with Paypal) to proceed to checkout.

Select the “Check Out”, enter the shipping address information, select “Continue to shipping”, select “Continue to payment”, select the payment method you prefer and select “Pay now” to complete your purchase.

What payment options do I have?

When will I be billed for the amount?

All orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
